Plan Includes:
- Annual geyser inspection
- Pressure valve & thermostat check
- Basic leak detection & tightening of connections
- Service reminder notifications
- Discounted rates for repairs & additional services

Plan Excludes:
- No parts replacement
- No emergency callouts
Households wanting more regular maintenance to extend geyser lifespan.
Plan Includes:
- Bi-annual geyser servicing
- Full electrical & thermostat testing
- Pressure valve & anode rod inspection
- Sediment flushing & basic internal cleaning
- Free minor parts replacement (washers, seals, small fittings)
- Priority service for breakdowns
- 10% Discount on major repairs and replacements
R249 per month
Plan Excludes:
- Major parts replacement
(element, full anode rod)
Customers who want full preventative maintenance and emergency coverage.
Plan Includes:
- Quarterly geyser servicing
- Full descaling & deep cleaning
- Pressure valve, anode rod & element replacement (once every 3 years)
- 1 Emergency callout per year
- No labour costs for repairs & replacements
- 15% Discount on new geyser installations
- Full warranty on geyser maintenance services
R349 per month
Plan Excludes:
- None – Covers all standard geyser maintenance
Additional Notes
All packages include automated service reminders
Customers can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time
Payments are processed via debit order through Yoco/Netcash
Emergency callouts beyond the plan coverage are billed at a discounted rate
